Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated 8 November 2026.
This policy covers dumpsteralbany.com.
What the website collects
The site has no forms, accounts or cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operation. If privacy-respecting, cookieless visit statistics are added later, this policy will say so.
Phone calls
When you call (518) 531-0373, the call-tracking service records the phone number you call from, the time and the length of the call, and may record the conversation. The rental company you speak with receives what you tell it, such as your name, address and project, to quote and provide its service. That company's own privacy practices apply to the information it holds.
How information is used
Call details are used to connect you, to bill referrals, to prevent fraud and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask what call information we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows, by emailing contact@dumpsteralbany.com.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13.

Book a roll-off for your Albany address
Pick up the phone with three things in mind: the debris, the drop spot and your dates. A locally run, independent roll-off company picks up, recommends a container and quotes a drop-off day and a total.
This number is for rentals, not trash pickup. Albany's regular trash and recycling are handled by the city's Department of General Services.
Booking hours: Monday to Saturday 8 to 8, Sunday 8 to 1 (Eastern time)
Conversations can be recorded; details are in our referral disclosure and privacy policy.
